OMG i was thinking the same thing! i thought FEDERALISTS believe the FEDERAL GOVT has power but a CON federalist means there can be contridictions within the states decisions! US supreme court issues are not my cup of tea but mixing up the meaning of federalism and confederalism, a too very basic concepts, does really make her look simply dumb.
