spoonbill won't eat anything that can be put on a hook.. there for the only way they can be caught and populations under control is to snag

idk i still dont think snagging is cool fishing is meant for like throwing a lure out or some bait and waiting for a nice fish to come and gobble it. with snagging all you do is just throw a hook out and snag some poor fish in the back the tail the stomach.

In the state of Kentucky. The maximum limit is 8 paddlefish in one day, but only at the KY Lake tailwater and the Barkley Lake tailwater. Everywhere else, the limit is 2 paddlefish. It is legal, so shut up unless you actually know what you are talking about.
