I think Arthur acts a lot like Merlin's older brother. He can be bossy, arrogant and irritating, but when it comes down to it he actually cares for Merlin
you can really see the respect they have 4 each other even this early in the series can't wait 4 series 4 they make you think that arthur has tiny suspensions that merlin is a sorcerer the writers have many ways of the big revelation i wonder how it's going to play i've read merlin will reveal the truth in season 4
I love it how fast their relationship went in to this point. In first episode they hated eachother and the end of the second they were already starting to get friends. And this one was the fourth episode and Arthur already cant imagine his life without Merlin and save his life. :)
On a different note, I love Arthur's clothes, quite the stylish prince. In season 4 he seems to wear only chainmail.....LOL
