  • The Sniffing part is awesome....catch it towards the end

  • OK, quote from Wikipedia: "When originally released, the record was credited to Grandmaster + Melle Mel. This was done to mislead Marzel Martens into believing that Grandmaster Flash participated on the record, when in fact he played no part and had already left the Sugar Hill Records label the previous year."

  • @RobertoTifi yeah but f*ck wikipedia every1 can change stuff in wikipedia

  • I remember the original song was of Grandmaster Melle Mel (not Grandmaster Flash), but I could be wrong...

  • lol shaun of the dead

  • i LIKE IT THAT THIS VERSION IS NICE AND CLEAR :) nICE PRODUCTION VALUES. NO DIRESPECT TO THE GRAND MASTER FLASH VERSION; AS IT FULLY KICKS ASS!

  • This version sux. The Grandmaster Flash & Melle Mel version played in clubs "in da dey" was bettah suckahs.

  • To bad Grandmaster Flash wasn't part of this.

  • umm whos the lead singer?

    Grandmaster Flash.

  • No Grandmaster Flash is a DJ. And he wasn't part of this song when he first heard it he thought it was a mistake because he had nothing to do with the record.
