    I get asked for directions, or what I am photographing all the bloody time ... they come up and want to start a conversation in the middle of my video. I try to be patient with them. LOL

  • Very interesting video. Can you listen in on tug/ship/shore chatter on a normal scanner (like those for trains)?

  • @musicandtrains Yes you can. Several channels. I think 156.700 will cover you pretty good on the Welland canal. You can get a pretty good heads-up on ships on the Welland on the wellandcanal site. It usually takes a boat about 8 hours to sune the canal. If you get on the Boatnerd site, I think they list the channels needed. Thanks for watching.

  • checked the boatnerd log. it just says there for repairs. I'd guess that it was something to do with the bow thruster in the aft section however. great video like always.

  • @Tcaauwe2002 Had to be the AFT, Cause the front thrusters where working infront of me, and he got the bow against the wall on his own. Thanks for watching...
