Shampoos can foam even though they don't contain sulphates, because there are natural ingredients (more expensive I guess to use) that can act as foaming agents.. ;)

Have you ever thought of making green smoothies so you have the benefit of the fiber from the fruits and veggies instead of throwing that important part away? If you throw everything in a good blender, it does the same thing, but you get the whole food, and not just the juice.

@alefromspace As someone who struggles with anorexia, I find it really annoying when people associate dieting/skipping a meal to being anorexic. Skipping meal is a form of disordered eating habits, it is does NOT make you anorexic. Same goes for dieting extremely for a few weeks does NOT make you anorexic. Ok rant over.

@alefromspace theres actually nothing wrong with replacing a meal with a smoothis made off multiple veggies and fruits. its not just a glass of orange juice, you can actually fit a whole salad blended down into a glass so its the same as a meal but in juice form. for lots of people, getting all the necessary fruits and veggies evreryday isnt easy or even possible so its a great option.

@alefromspace actually, shes getting just enough nutrition with the juice as with a regular meal. shes putting fruits, vegetables, and greens in a juicer. its not just "2 glasses of sunny D". it has plenty of nutrition. no where near anorexia.

@alefromspace By no means am I promoting not eating. Eating healthy food is so important and if you've watched my other health vids you'd know the importance I make about it. I have 2 big glasses of veggie juice for breakfast as there are more nutrients, vitamins & protein in raw juice than any other thing I could have. It energizes me & fills me up. I have lunch a few hrs later so I never feel hungry. If you feel hungry, EAT! :) These are my experiences. Its about learning whats best for you! x
