What Exactly does "pumping" kirby when he's rolling do? I can never quite understand? Does it make you have more mass, wide surface area? Bounce higher?
I'm currently playing this game as well. I've played it in the past but I am definitely not playing it on my computer using an emulator. But if I WAS it would help because I could have unlimited tries at each shot, like hole 8 on course 1. It's a bitch! So fun not playing these old games again on my computer, like Donkey Country and stuff! Ahh, it brings back no memories... :)
Don't download the ZSNES emulator by googling "ZSNES Emulator" and also don't download the Kirby's Dream Course Rom on a rom website. That would violate copyright law. And also don't use an Xbox 360 controller, plug it in to your computer and use that as your "SNES" controller. Don't do that, it would violate copyright laws. *wink wink*
@militantpoet44 Thanks for the advice, but thats not what i meant. I might go to that for a last resort though. This game sells on the wii for about $8, and i was wondering if this and Kirby Avalanche was worth getting. But ya, if anything ill download it,
You can get a hole in one on lvl 8 using the parasol, make it so kirby hits the tree with topspin and curving to the left, this will give him more power.
Actually, you are correct on Hole 2. I believe using the pulse-type move off of the second wall can give you enough boost to score a Hole-in-One. Thanks for posting these vids, really helped me out.

On hole 1-2 you need to aim directly at the arrow at about 55 - 60% power to get a hole in one.

Hole 2 is very simple. rebound off bottom up between the boost pad and the enemy. Make it so you clip the enemy, simple.
