Well, If I were to comment I would say that Rosemary Clooney is the greatest female vocalist ever. There is no singer past or present who has ever achieved that sublime sound.

Yet, I am enthralled by Cline's pathos, it being her signature. It's as if she is crying and feeling every painful moment of these songs. It grabs you and you cannot get away.

Cline is one of the greatest. Truly one of a kind that cannot be compared to another.
