NT is the company that released the Yu Yu Hakusho pirate. Their Chinese name is Ka Sheng (卡聖).
NTDEC, on the other hand, has connections to Caltron and Asder.

Thanks! So, NTDEC and NT are only share two letters. Also, NT released a Mahjong game as well, if I know it right. (But then again, C&E, Sachen and maybe even Waixing did too)
