He is on 10.01 and there is a internationally recognized achievement called the 10 second barrier (100m in less than 10 seconds). According to wikipedia only 80 people have done it while being electronically timed. So if he can really run the 100m in 10.01, he is olympic material.

Well his average speed for the 100m is around 10-11m/s but that is for the whole race. His top speed was calculated to be around 12.27m/s which 100/12.27= to around 8.15 seconds so yea he could theoretically do the 100m in 8.15 seconds if he was allowed a decent runup.
