I'll tell you this,only best thing about japan sushi is being able to keep the fish alive while eating,apparently you don't know how to make sushi,nor your a sushi chef,you should travel more often and experience the real world.   • @choppaxstick I've never heard anyone say that Florida sushi is the best. If I had to think of the best place for sushi I would say probably think of Japan first.

  • How long will it take for that roll to be served,after being served,how long will it take for them to eat that? Did you know presentation is a must? And with that presentation did you know texture means alot? So ask your self,will those tempura flakes still be crunchy and hot? It's heavy,so more heat the better. Colder it gets heavier it feels. Get the idea yet??????

  • @choppaxstick not unless you make the tempura with very light batter, then it'll still be good and crunchy even though it might be a little cold

  • @kwok1967 shredded imitation crab meat.. eel sauce, teriyaki sauce could be a substitute if you cant find eel sauce

  • Another roll KILLED because of too much sauce. Sauce in the crab mix. Sauce on top of roll before AND after crab mix is applied. Three layers of sauce is two too many.

  • suhi needs sticky rice. But if you meant that your rice always sticks to your hands, he does it with wet hands

  • i use latex free gloves, place a little bit of oil on them and your good to go
