For a brief moment I thought about driving a truck. Then I started thinking about situations like this. Lets just say I never went through with it. I don't care what anyone says driving a semi has to be one of the toughest jobs there is.
Your GPS woulda been saying "Please make legal U turn". Only thing it dont know is that your not drivin a Toyota Prius your drivin a Semi and it don't do U turns on small roads. Good job backing it out of that situation though.
haha i didn't have the address of where i was going so it wasn't even set. i was using it to try to find a way out of where I was. Wish it said "DON'T turn down that road idiot - you won't 'make it!!" LOL
Then we seen that the sign for **NO 18 WHEELERS** was knocked down. My stepdad was so Pissed he couldn't see stright. Crazy..so i kind of feel bad for you..
There was also a house there...well the street wasn't very wide and it was ditch all around us with mud too. So we were kind of stuck in a postion. So my stepdad had to go knock on the peoples house and ask if he can kind of use their driveway ( which little they had) to try to turn around. Well he was working on it..and we almost went in the ditch..i was younger at that time so i was crying and scared to death. He finally got it turned around and we got back on the road.
Ok this video just makes me have to tell this story. One time when me, my mom, and stepdad were in the truck we were heading somewhere i have no clue where cause i dont remember but it was dark time. Well my stepdad usually knows his places but he didn't know this place at all. He went down a road that he thought he turned at well there was no signs for no 18 wheelers so we kept going down it and well we came to the end and guess what was there...a river with gates for a ferry??? yeah....
you must have said some nice words when you stumbled upon that tight bridge turn thing hahaha i know i would have sweared a little. take care driver nice vid.
wow good one I used to run for a Lumber CO runing a chace truck we have ran in to a few roads like that and all you can is backup I know that one was a real fun one for you

As a former milk hauler, I can say that "I've been there done that", LOL! You did good, driver especially blind siding it onto the road.
