Dear Sir..I am an Indian and against any kind of neutralization of NPT; however I am too concerned about the rising climate changes taking place due to extreme usage of coal-based power plants and mindless design of hydro-electric power plants!! Nuclear energy will not only help us to reduce the climate changes but also provide clean energy source to a country of over a billion!
