Here's pretty much what happened, for those that are confused.

Mike and his older sister, Heather, were in a car crash. Heather escaped with only half her face bandadged (hence Rapo Heather have half a face of shadow), but Mike falls into a coma. While in said coma, DTL1 and 2 are all a dream. The raposa he creates are really just two stuffed dolls in the hospital room. You, the creator, must ultimitley, as burningtaco1 says, draw Mike back to his life. When he wakes, up, the dream is over.

Okay, this is NOT as bad as this seems.

First of all, just because the Raposa sprang from Mike's imagination doesn't make them any less real. They lived and loved, they were real.

And it's not like Mike's never going to dream again, right?

Sure you can't live in dreams forever, that's a given. Mike's journey to awakening is wonderful. But dreams are part of what makes life REAL. All this means is that as Mike awakens, the Raposa and the Hero slumber, perhaps to dream of when next they wake.

They should make a third drawn to life called the hidden end where just before the creator awoke mike mari gave him the book of life and he woke up with it under his pillow. wilfre survives because during his final moments he attached his life force to the book of life. a risky move but it worked out well for him so he tries to exact revenge by terrorizing mike's world.

It really doesn't bother Me that everything was all a dream in the game, but one thing about the ending does bother Me, the fact that they didn't wait until they made a third game before pulling the whole "All just a dream thing" (I don't count the Wii version or the Spongebob ones since they weren't dircetlty made by 5th Cell) I mean at least end the series as a trilogy before pulling the plug on it with the whole "All Just a dream" thing, I mean at at least then I'd feel I got a good *2bcont.*

Since it had created a world of its own, then that world should still exist, and Mike probably returns there a lot in dreams. So you could say that they still exist. That blanking out part at the end isn't the world disappearing, it's Mike leaving it.

@Violetthehedgehog756 A sad ending indeed, and you just spoiled it for the people who didn't finish... The series as a whole was pretty dark and depressing. The colorful graphics juxtapose the dark storyline. I disagree with you on the latter. This game wraps up everything nicely. Another sequel is really unnecessary and would add nothing to the series. I wouldn't mind another game as long as it isn't part of this game's timeline. Another spinoff title, like the spongebob version, would be nice.

actually, I belive wildfyre was mistaken when he thought the world would end if Mike left. He thought that if he was allowed to leave, the Raposa world would become that Mike's dream, and begin to fade. So he tries to steal all the color so Mike can't leave. The game was basically a HUGE misunderstanding. they don't explain the plot too well though.
