  • OMG, I've watched this so many times and just now noticed Futtbuckers. I'm in tears.

  • By the way, Season 3 of Mr. Show kicks ass!!! Mandatory viewing for fans of original comedy.

  • interesting that people are arguing over a part of a Mr. Show episode. Really?!

This show was amazing, but the skits all lead into each other and set each other up for the next skit. You should watch the whole episodes for the full effect.

  • And, of course, WHO gets it in the noggin with a brick? Poor Bob.

There is a scene in A Hard Day's Night where The Beatles are trying to dodge scary teenage girls by faking going into one limo and sneaking into a different one.

  • "Beatles-esque Records" rofl xD

  • just going out on a limb here, but it seems this sketch is a parody of 'Kiss Me' by Sixpence None the Richer (which would've come out around the time this was on t.v.)

Go watch that music vid and tell me if I'm right.

  • @willyrobinson

you made me waste 3:11 seconds I should throw a Brick @ your head...so yeah you are wrong.

  • @rokwell111 successful...is successful.

  • YEAH YEAH YEAH...!!! yeah yeah yeah! YEAH YEAH YEAH...!!! WOOO! (i <3 mr. show!)

  • i love mr. show! ^_^

  • beatles-like

  • lol, I remember seeing this when it originally aired - I must have been around 13 at the time, and I couldn't stop laughing, especially at the 'Futtbuckers' part.

  • Love how "famous mortimer" is always directing or producing something in their sketches...what a great name!

  • love it! Thank you, I was doing a search for this exact clip.

  • Fuck that this is one of my favorite videos on youtube edited perfect

  • the jumping at the end lmao

  • You got me, I'm not a professional editor and did this 2 years ago on Gnome with absolutely no idea what I was doing.

That said, the context is fine. If you wanted to put absolute context into Mr. Show clips, you'd have to put half episodes since their sketches segue into each other. Plus, it's apparent they're being chased by angry women. No additional context is needed.

  • Haha... yeah, OK.

Put up the other version. I'll give it a 5-star rating simply for being two good, tangentially related Mr. Show sketches.

  • shut up shut up SHUT UP.

  • Actually thegreatestbak you're wrong. Anyone who is a true fan of Mr.Show knows exactly what is going on in this video clip and looked it up for a specific reason. Stop being a flaming idiot and keep your problems to yourself.

  • @thegreatestbak Right... so many silly points here. Your fear of the possibility that "the sketch is no longer ironic but simply a parody" makes you sound seriously smug. So what if it's a parody in this context? You want context, watch the episode. It'll be even more fun the second time. Furthermore, what about people (like me) who know what the scene is and what's going on, but just want to watch the song (you know, the parody bit)? Do I need to watch the into every time?

  • Oh man, this is classic, especially the end.

  • @Shotgunnova No, it's core.

  • Man Mr. Show is awesome

one video i would love to see on youtube is the Mayosturd and Musturdayonaise commercials and any skits that go with it

  • yeah, I was looking for that too. It's on here now.

  • director: famous mortimer..

isnt that the same company that made coupon the movie in their other sketch?

  • Famous Mortimer directs everything on Mr. Show.

  • Actually Famous Mortimer directed the taped portions of the show. Troy Miller directed the live stuff.

  • the brick to the head makes me lol every time!

  • Not to mention "Futt Buckers". I blew my tea out of my nose first time I saw that one.

  • my favourit show

  • Who has "The Fad 3" up?

  • There's a mechanical pony with a kid riding it by the porno booth 0.0

lol I laughed so hard at that.

  • My favorite part of this incredibly funny sketch is trying to make connections and pick out the little details between the nicely adapted and accurate touches of this spoof song, and the real Beatles songs that inspired them! So far, I've got...

Harmonica Part - inspired by "I Should Have Known Better"

Guitar Solo - inspired by "A Hard Day's Night"

Vocal inspired by - ...not a clue!

  • Vocal is very "She Loves You"-ish.

  • FuttBuckers ftw!

  • notice the sign on the gay bar @ :37? Yikes!!

  • Hard to see in this video, but I think there's a sign there that says "Use Rear Entrance".

    lmao

  • "Got a Good Thing Going" by The Beetletown Players

    LMAO

  • LOL, how is it possible that anyone rated this lower than five stars? Comedy perfection. =0

  • this is from the 3rd season episode

flat top tony and the purple canoes

  • I own all seasons but the fourth, so yeah, it's the 4th. Good stuff as always.

  • how could you not own the best season?

  • I am almost 100% with out a doubt positive that was season 4.

  • I love this bit..what season?
