  • police are public servents being paid with taxpayers dollars! legeslators and police need to be reminded of this fact.

  • VOTE Ron Paul 2012

  • Cops are among the class of people who volunteer to serve in government, and they swear under oath to serve the public. We the People delegate certain authority to our public servants, but we never give up our 10th Amendment power over them. We have protected rights to monitor our government.

    See

O'grady vs Superior Court of Santa Clara County

    Glik v Cunniffe 2011

  • @borderraven That is what I thought. Things are upside down. That is because we need to be more vigilant!

'When the people fear their government, there is tyranny. When the government fears the people, there is liberty" = Thomas Jefferson

  • I think Police Officers should just not arrest anybody anymore or stop anyone or talk to anyone and then when there are shitbags climbing through your windows to kill you after a few months and you call 911, they should tell you all to fuck off and hang up the phone, then you can exercise all your rights and drop dead with them....

  • @sickerman88

If someone is climbing through my window to kill me he is going to get shot.

Perhaps if the police spent less time collecting taxes

Perhaps if the courts stop letting violent criminals go

We the people wouldn't have to worry so much about people climbing though our windows.

  • some people have alot of time on their hands if they have time to do is follow Police Officers arrouns and video tape them.... how about putting the joint down and getting a friggin job?

  • You can flip the Cops the bird too. You can't use the fist, but you can flip them the bird.

  • Did you see that fucked up haircut on that bastards head? The Cops are fucking freaks.

  • fuck you cops we are the people

  • @edanmilner Police are people too. If you are not considered to be a Public Figure you have the right as a citizen to deny being recorded, as a matter of privacy. Whether or not being a police or other officer of the peace negates this right is something I'm a little iffy on.

  • @Grummur its called your taxes

  • @omfugger How peace officers are paid is irrelevant. This is a matter of what state, federal, and constitutional law says on the matter.

  • @Grummur I can understand if they were actually keeping the peace than provoking it.

  • Only dirty cops are afraid of the camera, we must stand together and show the police that they work for us. We pay the cops salary so we do have the right to record, just like any boss at any workplace who wants to keep employees honest has the right to record the people that work for him/her. Dirty cops beware,we the people out number you 1000 to 1 and we are unstoppable when we stand together, we will hold you accountable one way or another! The police are not above the law.

  • Just asking, but if the goal is to catch dirty cops, why focus on Keene, NH? Why not focus on Philly or Baltimore?

  • By the 22nd century cunt doctors & oceanographers will have wiped out one another; moles & voles will be indistinguishable as will the concepts flammability & inflammability. They will provide, the cunt doctors will, the realism that's devoid of challenge; the thoughts shaken from ingrates; meals: desiccated, dehydrated, domesticated & denuded, oh yeah!!! There'll be more than meets an eyeful with the divers & infiltrators who define allopathy including those who make arterial dissection artful.

  • Watch Police State 2000,Police State 2, 3 and 4,these cover the last ten yrs of police training and millitarisation and a host of other relevent things

  • Police are public servants, so you can tape them.

  • CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME IF THAT BILL PASSED.....CAN YOU VIDEO TAPE A COP OR NOT...IN NH

  • @angrynhpatriot It your freedom right to record any event happen:) that is on public ground.

  • @mlafon25 YES BUT NH HAS A WIRE TAP LAW...WHERE U NEED 2 PARTY CONSENT...BUT I KNOW THEY WHERE TRYING TO MAKE IT LEGAL TO TAPE COPS...SO IM NOT SURE WETHER OR NOT ITS LEGAL...BUT SCREW IT DO IT ANYWAY

  • I guess as long as the cop on duty, doing an arrest or whatever you can videotape them. People usually don't like being surveilled, so that was probably why the guy was asked to turn the camera off.

  • filming in public is against procedures of state and federal levels

  • Nobody wants a camera stuck in their face and copwatch people are assholes for doing it.

They go right up to the officer, who is dealing with a situation, and get involved in what's going on, asking a bunch of asshole questions and distracting the officer, who doesn't need that shit when he's in a situation that could turn weird at any second. They are a potential hazard and need to STOP FUCKING AROUND and stay out of other people's business. Keep away from the action queers.

  • This is all a conspiracy to sell Video Camera's.

  • 5 people are cops.

  • What is that bird nest on the cop's head. What kind of bird goes to have a shit in a nest like this one.

  • you guys take it to far. of course you know that there are good cops out there. but why cry and bitch and piss everyone of them off. you fucken coward. snitchy rat

  • Well what you need to is this every time some one runs for office you need to ask question. If they would support a law that lets you audio tape cops doing their job in public and private if you have a right to be there.

Also ask about 2 amendment 4 amendment 5 amendment self-defense.

that is what I have been doing.

  • umm, constituition already gives you the right to record audio and video....overrides "laws"

  • @THUMPBUMPDUDE really??? they had video cameras back in 1793?

  • @edanmilner In case you don't already realize it, "MOST COPS DON'T KNOW THE LAW!" They rely on YOUR ignorance of the law. Most are just thugs and bully's!

  • @buddybleau . .

Why do you put up with cops not knowing the laws. Why are you not at city/county gov meeting and complain to the local gov for not training them. You get the law enforcement you demand.

  • @samten10a I live in a small town and our cops are ok.

  • If the cops are doing right why don't they want to be recorded?

  • @tim300cx5 Because most cops don't really know if they're right. They just guess and hope you don't know any better.

  • I understand filming police when they are doing something wrong, but reading through the comments I think you guys are being stupid about it. How is this cop crooked. He really didn't seem that interested, a guy walked up to him put a camera right in his face, said I am audio recording you, cop asks not to be audio recorded. Then the camera man is going arrest me, arrest me. Just trying to make a scene. Even then the cop was like ok, if that's what you want. Get the crooked cops at least

  • @BroomeBlocker4 You're absolutely right, some people just carry this too far. If you see something wrong, film it. Otherwise mind your own business.

  • should be a 12 ft barrier for cameras and authority its rude to put a camera in anyone s face GBA

  • The way I see it is: The government stick there cameras everywhere, filming the pubic. And they say that if you are in the public you have no reasonable expiation of privacy. So A Government employee is a Public Official, Working in the public or a public building.

And I have a right to self defense, a right to prospect my property, and a right to bar Arms. So thank you every much, I will pick my own weapon. And you can just take my camera from my cold dead hands. Don’t tread on me.

  • Yes, I will take the ACLU ANYDAY over the uniformed keepers of the status quo.

  • Yawn... Stupid liberals.

  • Hahaha. Did you see the look on his face when you called his bluff? Perfect. :)

I will record them anytime I want, and there isn't anything they can do about it, without serious injury to themselves.

  • Hahaha. Did you see the look on his face when you called his bluff? Perfect. :)

I will record them anytime I want, and there isn't anything they can do about it, without serious injury to themselves.

  • I second!

  • yea thats reasonable.. there is nothing wrong with recording. fuck those pigs! corrupted peaces of shit. serving and protect is something pigs rarely do..

  • @whateveworks Its the same here in South Africa, the fascist pigs think they're gods. Here, there have been cases of them going out in plain clothes and chasing civilians, the unknowing civilian speeds off thinking they are being followed by crimminals, and then the pigs shoot at them sometimes fatally and then they say "Oh, we thought it was a suspect."

  • i mean i understand the right to record, but when someone has said they do not want to be recorded, and you keep on doing it, its more of harrassing then actually recording it for the sake of recording

    just respect peoples priavcy

  • @redakdal In that particular instance there was probably no reason to get in that cops face. However when the police are conducting traffic stops they are recording both audio and video. We as citizens of the United States need to be able to do the same thing. Everyone should all agree that police misconduct does indeed exist. That's a fact. The more bad cops that can be taken off the force due to video evidence the better. Nobody wants to pay for bad cops. We only want the good police officers.

  • I agree to that

I am a fan of I think Johnny justice on yt( forgot) but sometimes he gets in there face

but yes, I agree that we as americans should have that right, there are 100 or more crooked cops and as americans I think its our duty to stop it, stop crime in general, the more people that stand up to those kinds of thing, the less likey people will commit acts, but I am not saying to be a super hero or anything.

to the point, yes I agree, we should have the right to know

  • their privacy? These guys are public servants working within the public domain and are allowed to use firearms in their line of work. They should have nothing to fear from a recording of them doing their job unless they feel they have something to hide.

  • @redakdal You are an idiot. A police officer in the performance of their duties HAS NO PRIVACY. Go bhaaaaaaa somewhere else.

Why don't the police respect our privacy first, and then maybe we won't find it necessary to follow their actions with video cameras.

  • GOD DAMN PIGS, YOUR IN PUBLIC I WILL RECORD YOU!!!! You think the constitution does not apply to you? Freedom of press!! You told emm brother!!!

  • wat a fag get a fucking life u loser

  • Just the posts here about feeling "fear" , "scared" ect show that America is a tyrannical police state already. When the people fear the gov't it is called tyranny, when the gov't fears the people it is called freedom. You instill NO fear into govt and it's minions then you give them the power of tyranny through the rose lens of authority. When law enforcement is "afraid" of being recorded then they are GUILTY of misconduct and have just have yet to be caught.

  • I have an idea...why not record criminals? Send the tapes to your local law enforcement agency and let them know the date, time and location!

  • @Spadadiforza Why don't you!

  • your a fucking douche camera guy

  • They are keeping the bad guys off your front lawn. That is what they are doing with your tax funded time.

  • Just about any cop will order you to turn off the video camera, hoping you don't know the law. They rely heavily on your ignorance of the law in order to bully you. Once they realize you know your rights, most cops have enough smarts to back off. That audio law is bullshit! Your video is your only witness. Keep filming! Without a video it will be your word against his. Whom do you think they will believe? Certainly not you.

  • @buddybleau your absolutely correct. If you are in a public place you can shoot video all day if you want and nobody can legally arrest you.

  • @buddybleau Just to add to that in a court of law judges believe every word of an officer, unless there is evidence against what they say. This is why cops fucking hate being filmed because in court they cant twist the truth in their favour.

  • thats kinda scary...if u see em kicking some guys ass for no reason, and u whip out ur camera and if they see they will come after u then kick ur ass and break ur phone

  • Record police whether they want it or not. Just make sure they don't know about it.

  • Recording of any kind shouldn't be illegal.

  • Hey kids, did you know that just about everyone with a cell phone has a video camera? If you see the police harassing some poor citizen, whip out your cameras and roll tape. You could be the next YouTube sensation. Cops are trying their best to be YouTube stars, so lets help them out. Also, that video could be worth tens of thousands of dollars in settlement with the city for civil rights violations. Don't forget, whenever you see the police just hit record.

  • please search " drunk erie pa cop "

  • i saw that - that video is vile.

  • Me thinks thou doest travel to outer space before and just might have multiple degrees....am i close? not being a dick...just asking...ok ya bein a dick...

  • lol...u losers...What do you want? really, the "corrupt" police dont give a dam about you, or your cause, and nobody is after you... stop breaking the law and you'll be fine...

  • it's not breaking the law to video cops.

Why don't they want to be on video??

You got nothing to hide if your not doing anything wrong ???

Video cams are out there all over your ass.

    it's our right .

Please stop being a hog ass bitch

  • Hog ass bitch....ha...but when i said stop breaking the law...i meant stop doing dumb shit like...smokin pot and crap....im sure thats what led most of you to resent cops...underage drinking or some thing along those lines...Why do you want to record them? Huh? what do you have to prove? that someone else is better then you?

  • In Illinois it is against the law to record audio without permission. Thus record without consent is agnaist the law and a felony arrest.

  • Yeah, thats because the DIRTY pigs dont want you to record them because its evidence of their crimes. Dirty dirty piggies. Video cameras are evrywhere. We will find the dirty piggies and send them to JAIL. What do you have to hide Randy? Whats a little video between friends?

  • Comment removed

  • I don't see the reason to call anybody a dirty pig simply because he/she has a badge.

  • I hate how one bad cop can fuck it up for all.

  • Did you see we good guys got another one today? Some stupid cop in el paso arrested a news reporter for videotaping the cops. Cop got desk duty and the chief went into damage control saying he was only "detained" not "arrested." lol. Another poorly trained cop losing control. It will be a five figure settlement. That could have hired another officer. On second thought, citizens, keep up the good work.

  • that cop at 0:16 had the most ridiculous haircut. hahah. but anywho

  • Our corrupt government is instructing and equipting police forces with covert "directed energy weapons" and massive "war on terror" funding to ramp up abuses and intimidation against the slightest dissent!

  • I hope it get's passed. There shouldn't be any ambiguity whatsoever.

  • Great vid. Recommend putting a clickable link to Free Keene in the comments.
