was i the only one who thought this game wasn't... that appealing? like, it didn't feel like a princess maker game at all. the schedule system was just so confusing and... eugh i donno. i wish they just kept karen as the heroine and not her. i just really don't like this one. just my opinion though.
@coldpleh Karen was the princess in PM4, this is PM5. Also, I don't care for the drawn out schedule system myself but I really like the voice acting and the story. I really wish they would make a new one. I heard they're working on a MMORPG but who knows if it'll actually happen or just another rumor.
@Maresuke actually the defualt name for the princess in PM4 is patricia. i mean the original suppose-to-be princess for the original princess maker 4 (it got cancelled due to Takami Akai getting sick) back in the '01. that one was suppose to be princess maker 5 cuz they just took that and made this. but yeah, i love the voice too. and i'm pretty sure there will be another princess maker game in the near future. just wait it out.

Why does the girl say good morning daddy to cube but cube calls her master ojou-sama. ojou-sama is young female with a higher status than oneself if you didnt know
I play as a father because I can. I play all harvest moon games as a boy too. That's how they've always been played for me, and I'll continue to play like the original games. Normally, when i finish once with boy, I'll try playing as a girl/mother. I'm just partial to playing games like they're originally were.

An extremely fun Japanese game. There's an English beta of the the second one floating around the net, go look...
It's a life sim game, kind of like Sims. It's cute.

You have to raise a girl from age 10 to 18. You decide the things she does, like what classes she takes, what jobs she does, etc. etc.
You raise up her skills and at the end of the game, she chooses what she wants to do with her life based on those skills.
It's a lot better than it sounds.
