I need help making a sliding door on an object that is actually going to be in motion at some point. Every time I try to make a hydraulic on objects that are not frozen (or as soon as I unfreeze them) they explode into a literal shitstorm, destroying whatever I was building.

Is there any way to fix this? Or an I using the hydraulics wrong (I also no collide everything, it still explodes into a shitstorm).

But when I try it myself, it NEVER works. And I do exactly what you do.

My problem is : when I spawn the props I want to use (wich is the same as in the video), the props just retardly fall on the floor.

I also know that Shit + E is used to place props at an angle, but it keeps falling.

So I tried the Weld - Easy. Same thing happens.

What do I do? (And sorry for the very long text).

how do you rotate it properly? whenever i get mine straight it falls down before i let go. like im rotating and then the second it becomes straight it snaps to it's flat position. i have to have all my doors slightly tilted.

I have watched this video like 10 times and now finally understand how to place the hydraulics. You do it inverted.

I usually try and make the numbers negative on the hydraulic length and then have them go backwards. But you do them forewards.

I tried this myself, it works great.

but i use a negative number for the open position and i also use a slider with unfixed hydralics (the spaz out more often with fixed IMO)

also the left right up down forward and backward effect where the pieces go and if they arent perfectly strait when you set them up they can mess up when copied.
