If you want action, go Red Dead. If you want to go for a thrilling narrative, go LA Noire. My opinion personally, but just a note

@Blackops9100 - You have 40 street crime missions which you will get dispatch calls of (when riding a police vehicle), you can search hidden vehicles, discover locations and collect golden film reels, and you can just ride around town try to hit people or crash your car. It's not GTA, but there's still a bunch to do imo :)
