Is it better to pull with AS or is it better to have someone wand then you can go lay a Consecrate in their path then Holy Wrath as they run by?

For Trash? Just let them walk into your concecrate. The other tanks are gonna be pulling abom's off of you and an avenger shield makes that a lot harder.

For the boss? IMO, let the warrior/druid get anetheron, you should get the internals, you can pull them much easier than other tanks with exorcism.

dude ur an idiot u only need 490 def and 102% avoid (including holyshield and miss) but you need a little more avoidence to MAIN tank mh but u have the health.

Exactly. 490 defense to become uncritable, 102% avoidance to become uncrushable. Do both of these or your healers will hate you.

17% dodge, 15.60% parry, 21.13% block , good enough for mt hyjal unbuffed.

Don't think so, your avoidance stats are low, and you want your effective health to be as high as possible. Health and SD are good, just work on dodge (4 dodge 6 stam gems or w/e they are) or pick up some more defense to boost each stat.

i was tanking hyjal last night and we used a hunter to pull the waves. the huntard uses and aoe fire trap and if you ahve 2 then the other uses an aoe frost trap. they pull 2 mobs away and kite to get npc's and i stand at the bottom of the heal and aoe. worked fine for us

Ofc a paladin can tank Vash! My guild have killed Vash with a pala tanking.. Usually use warrior tho. But is's doable with a paladin! ;P

rofl. i know paladins that have tanked all the way through to black temple and killed illidan. it's not that paladins cant tank and warriors can, just that most paladins try to tank as warriors and therefore fail. hard. but, if ur not a complete and total r-tard then u can easily tank ne instance as a paladin
