I had identical sockets in my house to the one on the right hand side, except that they were the standard square pin sockets before I had them replaced - house was built late 1950s
Hi good video, may be of interest, the 5a and 15a are still in use in S Africa and India they have now uprated to 16a still see these turning up on appliances sold at bootsales where they have been brought in by visitors to UK, also some have pins half insulated like the newer 13a plugs.
You can still buy these sockets and plugs as the 5amp ones are used in lighting rigs and the 15amp ones are use for water heaters
