@FamilyGuyFanatic800 Adobe never made a Flash 8. They bought out Macromedia shortly after Flash 8 came out, and then released Flash CS3. But any version of Flash could do a video like this.
CBS used this "bumper" from the fall of 1965 through the summer of 1970; this is a recreation of the 1965-'66 version [Hal Simms, announcer]. Believe it or not, the network didn't begin regular color telecasts until the fall of '65, because of their rivalry with RCA and NBC {RCA's subsidiary at the time}. CBS telecast a few "compatible color" shows in the mid and late '50s, but after 1959, Bill Paley ["Mr. CBS"] ended them because he claimed he didn't want to help RCA sell its color sets.
I have a related video on YouTube you might be interested in about how television sets were sold from the 1950s-1970s entitled, "TV MAN: THE SEARCH FOR THE LAST INDEPENDENT DEALER."
It looks exactly like the old one, good job!

Nice job. Looks pretty close to the original except the font should be heavy bold.

CBS should remaster this for its HD programs

Wouldn't make a lot of sense since they're ALL in HD now. Would have been nice if they had done some kind of tribute during the early days though.

I agree, I think both American and Canadian network should introduce HD the way they did with color.....in style.
