I think people tend to get very caught up in 2nd guessing themselves, worrying about what other people think about them, & suppressing what they think might be perceived as "negative" or "undesirable" behavior. We tend to police one-another rather than accepting & embracing people flaws and all. We are afraid to be honest with people because they might think we are not behaving the way they expect us to or the way we think we ought. The world becomes a stage of paranoia and conformity.
There may be situations that you know others would not understand or be able to relate to. Just because you are uncomfortable being filmed, it doesn't mean you are guilty of anything.
This is an extremely good point and a good exercise to keep in mind while going through your day. I know Anthony Robbins does a lot of these kind of tricks. One is called the "rocking chair" and to judge every action and to ask yourself when you are 80 in a rocking chair if you would be happy with the action you are taking today.
Unfortunately I chickened out. I had planned a trip to LA for a concert the next weekend and somehow decided I couldnt do both. I may do the next one but who knows, its a big social leap for me.
Cool video! check out Abe Hicks and Bashar. Alan Watts and Terence Mckenna too lol

I general, that's a good thing to keep in mind. We should imagine the view of people we'd respect.
I was hoping the makeup was a commentary on transparency. It looks like your covering something up. You looked great in video before this one.
