Yikes. You need to work on form. Lets start from bottom to top.
1: The bar should be touching your shins and thighs during the entire pull until launch.
2: Jump to launch the bar upwards. Don't yank the bar up with your arms.
3: The bar should land on your deltoids, not your hands/arms.
4: Get those elbows up, and try to squeeze them together.
5: Try to get your spine vertical during your front squat.
Hopefully in the last 2.5 years you've picked up on those already.
