Bought mine in sept 2011, now jan 2012 and the left-click has started sticking. Took it all apart, it's the micro-switch that has gone bad, it sticks. Yet another made in china POS. Those useless fucks couldn't make a paper bag that was fit for purpose without western supervision.
Does anyone know of a mouse that has 2 wheels (or tilt-wheel), MUST BE a wired mouse (as I don't trust in the safety of RF transmitting mice), must have the huge browser "back" button found on the A4TECH but has better reliablity than an A4TECH mouse (The reliability of A4Tech mice sucks) ?
i have the cyborg saitek mouse and have had it for 1-2 years and the left clicking has recently not wanted to keep left clicking so i switched it to a lefty style just so i can play games and other stuff but does anybody know how to fix it or what happens when you take the piece over the mouse buttons off to try and clean it? i think its dirt getting caught in the click since it works but feels hard to press
Don t know about this mouse bot i got a Rat 3 works fine and i have it for over 4 months and I ride it hard, I got the V7 keyboard as well, true the prog. buttons are far apart but except that its ACES i recommend to any 1 who wanna buy a sweet gaming mouse and keyboard (P.S. if wanna get mouse get a mouse pad from them as well coz it dose not run well on other mouse pads)
I HATE SAITEK. The cyborg keyboard sucks shit they made the primary gaming keys suck because theyre slippery and marco keys far away from hands. theyre bad and i always seec their products in thrift stores
The mouse is a POS - look at forums where people have bought them and got no customer support, no replacement, no repair, no response from Saitek. Is it an awesome mouse? Yes. Until it breaks. I've never owned a mouse that had the left click break. LEFT CLICK. In 3 months. My other mice all still work, I just always upgraded as time went on. This is unacceptable and PLENTY of people are having the same issue.

I think Saitek is still in business because they make kick ass products that are wonderful when they are brand new, and do things no other product can....but sadly they break and even that wouldn't matter but they don't really offer replacements or customer service like reputable companies like Logitech. Saitek and Razer both ignore customers, 3 emails to Razer support and they never contacted me once. Razer doesn't even have a forum...and Saitek, GL ever getting help :(

Hey! You said you need a new mouse pad. I would reccomend you the Razer eXact Mat. It costs about 40$ or less. I have the same mouse and i think that its ust perfect because everyone can use it. Have fun,enoy.
I'm happy as fuck I got this. My first broke, but I like the tracking, high DPI, adjustability and all the buttons. I use the D-pad for selecting weapons, the "wing" thumb button for dropping weapons, right button (next to the cyborg- text) for reloading. Middle mouse can be programmed as well. The adjustable scroll is great for different purposes, if you're browsing you want it set to low, but in CS, I like to have it set to high resistance, so you can't switch a weapon by mistake.
This mouse sucks, while it may look cool (which is doesn't, ugly as fuck) and all that, the buildquality blows and in general the performance is not at all worth mentioning. Get a Logitech or Razer, i'm happy i did.

Another product the "professionals" would never use. It feels too plastic, it doesn't perform well and almost no one with a bit of sense would get it. You should have got the Roccat gaming mouse or a Razer or something better than that.. I have had one, and it lasted 1 week - then I sold it and bought a better one.
so why would some 1 whos a pro at gaming choose a mouse with fewer programmable buttons and 2bh this looks nice and i prefer these style of mouse since i dont like the oval mouses and if ur gunna say its crap please atleast say why since i dont see how u can have different dpi modes handsize modes and a total of 15 different buttons that u can assign with the change in mode. Some games do need mice that have a need for extra buttons
Exactly how many buttons does it have? Also where are they. There were a few places where I wasn't sure if it was really a button or not, or when it was a button, how many buttons there were.
i like it that u can make the mouse longer to fit your hand comfortably... but making it work through a motor is overkill... and just another thing to go wrong... most gamers have their own rig, but if u share your rig u might only then need to change the mouse size on a regular basis, but even then i'd p[refer doing it manually.

hi guys, I'm thinking in bying this mouse, can you tell me how many buttons it has in total? Through the program software can we adjust the buttons to a program/page/windows action ecc...? I don't want it for games only.
There is the standard scroller, left/right click. 5 buttons on the D pad (each direction + center click), 1 button on the thumb rest, and 2 more above the D pad.

i got a 2500 dpi and I played on a 3300 dpi razor and other crap, and I play the same as I did with my 800 one, its a matter of skill, these high dpi and cool look are just for show off, now shut up

i like it that u can make the mouse longer to fit your hand comfortably... but making it work through a motor is overkill... and just another thing to go wrong... most gamers have their own rig, but if u share your rig u might only then need to change the mouse size on a regular basis, but even then i'd p[refer doing it manually.

There is the standard scroller, left/right click. 5 buttons on the D pad (each direction + center click), 1 button on the thumb rest, and 2 more above the D pad.

If you have the delay before a key starts to repeat set too low, then that could cause the problem you mentioned.

I remember that about 2 years ago, I had a,$4 miuse and 5 $ keyboard, 15 inch monitor, amd working at 1 ghz with 385 ram video fx5200 nvidia
and I made lvl 57 and I was one of the best in gunz the duel, witch is a very complex game, now I have a 2500 dpi, same cheap keyboard, 22 inch wide hd lcd monitor,9500 gt, dual core 2.7 2 gb ram 500 gb hdd and guess what, It didn't made me more skilled, I'm owning the same as I did before =))

i got a 2500 dpi and I played on a 3300 dpi razor and other crap, and I play the same as I did with my 800 one, its a matter of skill, these high dpi and cool look are just for show off, now shut up

wow nice its true tho. skill matters most of all but nice equipment is a factor as well. how many armies have been defeated for being ot properly equipped. i would rather have a 100 dollar gaming mouse perfectly fit for me then a cheap one cause in the end it allows me to preform, better. a slow and uncomfortable mouse will actually make me worse off.

a pistol can be much faster to aim and shot if you know how, a shot gun is heavier and you must have allot of practice, so I wold prefer pistol, is not like in games you now, guns weight allot

And yes the g5 would most likly be the best choise you could ever make tbh but it depends how you hoold your mouse aswell it can be as high tech as you want if it isnt comfy then it fails.
