  • I am lovin' this channel! Will you be doing any pin-up make-up tutorals? Love the faux bangs and Victory rolls look. I've never tried these styles on my natural texture just when I straighten. I will have to try this. :)

  • @mitchellzee Not sure yet if I want to do make up tutorials because there are plenty already available. Thanks for enjoying my tutorials thus far :)

  • Je l'aime!!! Your hair, is it a "twist out" before you style it?

  • @Ambeek1 Yes it is

  • Your are soo Beautiful!!

  • Very cute and easy. Great tutorial.

  • hey PN< new subbie here, love your channel. may I ask where you get a "rat"

  • Where did you get your hair rat from? I really want one with the thickness and the metal rod so it stays put. Securing it with bobby pins takes way longer for me..but I didn't know they had bendy ones..very nice!

  • @curlychronicles I guess I am going to have to make a tutorial to post in the near future in response to this frequently asked question :)

  • Love it! Will you make any videos of your own hair regimen? Like washing/ways you take care of it, etc?

  • I love ur channel, I have always wanted to wear this style but never knew how to do it....Thank you, cant wait for new videos ;)

  • @sewingstardom90 I am glad I was able to give you some ideas. I will definitely be doing more :)

  • ive just got done looking through your blog and I am so blown away. I saved some of ur pics to use as wallpapers on my phone. Angelique you are so golden. Never stop being that. You know gold looks so stunning on smooth shimmering brown skin. You are the first natural hair girl on youtube out of many that i follow that is like you. One thing u have really taken away from the 40s and 50s is being original and putting your own spin on things. It was essential then. copy catting was not good then.

  • @STORMYB I thoroughly appreciate you comment :) I just craved some styles for my hair texture that were simple and classic at the same time. I am now realizing that I was not the only one :) I am happy how well it's being received :)

  • New subie! I'm glad I found your channel...I've been looking for styles to wear for my wedding, which is vintage themed! :)....where can I purchase the rat you mention in you videos?

  • @toybabz I make my own rat bcuz I can choose how thick I want them to be, plus I use a bendable roller inside to get it to hold a U shape when bent. You can get a Bunmaker that comes in the shape of a doughnut; cut one side; and sew the ends. If the Bunmaker is not black, then just cover it with a black (or whatever color your hair is) opaque stocking or knee high. I have found the Bun Maker by ConAir at the 99cent store. Walgreens and Rite Aid carries them too for about $4.

  • Beautiful!
