Michelle Obama’s $4.5 billion "Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act" mandates broke school districts to grow gardens and have salad bars, but it begs the question why can’t the existing system be revamped to give children healthier choices without costing a fortune.

It also takes $2.2 Billion away from the Food Stamp Program to fund it. Currently the US pays some farmers not to grow food, and Michelle is on Sesame Street using Elmo to push it.

After a little research I now realize she is only going after the fat kids.

At first I thought all the fat people would get a little upset about this, no worries, they are safe for now (but just wait for national healthcare, then they will be in deep doodoo).

she would have to tackle america's uniquely bizarre retail class system. the lowest quality food at the highest prices are sold in lower income neighborhoods because the store owner are treated like customers vendors don't care about.

affluent neighborhoods have the cheapest and best selection of foods.

she would also have to tackle corporate food chains. that's an enemy you don't want to make.

Unfortunately, the only way the Govt. will "solve" this issue is by taxing soda, chips, fast food, sweets, and anything else that could lead to obesity. Wait and see.. before long..it will happen. The sad part is, this tax will hurt the poor and nobody else. They'll still buy chips and soda and brownies and McDonalds.. they'll just pay more.
