@givethanks1314...before you deem someone a false prophet how about you take a basic bible course...The quote that Pastor Prince used comes directly from 2 Corinthians 5:21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him WE might become the righteousness of God...You really sound dumb making absurd accusations.

Christian obedience is from the Spirit (the fruit of the Spirit), not motivated for blessings. Only when this happens, we become the righteousness of God, and the LORD is our Righteousness.
Certainly Joseph Prince is not the righteousness of God. What a prosperous gospel he is preaching, deceiving thousands unregenerated to hell, while thinking they will land in heaven.

Getting into heaven is not just keeping the law, it's about inviting the holy spirit to take control of your life in order to do good. But saying that he is a false prophet makes no sense. God said for we are not under grace and not the law anymore Romans 6:14-15.

We are selfish because our faith is founded by what we see, but Hebrews 11 says that faith is the EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN. If back then in the old testament ppl witnessed God's works first hand, even seen Him, and believed, how much more will WE be blessed for believing WITHOUT seeing? God is good!

I must add though that I have learned a lot from Joseph Princet He has some of the most profound understanding of God's word but in the same breath,that does not make him 100% right! I know I am not 100% right myself;God reveals the truth to those who repent from selfrighteousness.That means that I myself am wrong in some of the old beliefs I am holding onto but if I recognise that,and repent from seeing a piece of wood in others eyes,God opens my eyes to His wonderful truths(mysteries) to me.

The preachers are there to shed light and to share with us their perspectives on the word based on their own meditation of the word. It is not right to solely depend on preachers to understand the Bible. Some could be very Charismatic preachers but not all are willing to preach the hard truths of the Bible such as repentance, confessions etc. Well, I still believe that we are saved by Grace to do good works.

U can search "Joseph Prince" on youtube and watch any of his videos for FREE. It's not all about money. Jesus isn't legalistic at all. Many ppl think like u, do their own research. But there are many false doctrines out there and u wont know which is the truth, so thats the danger ure exposing urself to. Just warning u. :)

I meant, if ure a new believer and dont know how to read the bible, pastors are supposed to be there to help new believers break the scriptures down into bite-sized pieces so that the new believer can understand and digest what the bible is about. You can read the bible for urself, certainly. :) But if u dont understand what the bible is talking about, u can always listen to pastor prince. :)
@satibablaze there is a God...and that God is what's giving you life up to this very moment. We don't need his book... we read it because it helps us grow...it's the same as listening to a Preacher on a beautiful Sunday...also reading his books is way better than wasting your time on things that wouldn't matter like vices and stuff. You should try being a christian so that you'll know what we're taliking about.
