US citizens won't get single payer health care until they start infiltrating the system. Look at the NRA; all their members do is write and call their representatives to get a bill passed. Become politicians on both sides of the isle. Use the same tactics that many democrats have used; Max Baucus, Blanche Lincoln, etc. Change the system from within.
