I've been to both Hollywood and Orlando and I feel Orlando just pushes the envelope more. 8 Haunted Houses, 6 Scarezones, 9 different original icons for the event. Even the websites are always more creative then Hollywoods (seriously, check out the websites, they're always fun to go through.) Im not saying HHN Hollywood is bad, but Orlando just had more time and experience.

If you want to go during the day and stay in the park after Halloween Horror Nights starts, you'll have to buy a Stay and Scream ticket as well as a regular ticket. Me and my buddy stayed in American Gothic for a couple hours off to the side and watched people jump from the scareactors. I think the greatest part was that my buddy knew some of the actors and we got to interact with them in the houses, even though they're not supposed to. Like in the hall of mirrors, in Scary Tales. When they pop out of the mirrors me and my buddy both got pulled through the mirrors then came out a staff door back into the line at the beginning to go through again.
