omg yes. 2 years ago I was bobbling around in community college wasting time and working a crappy job. I finally made a decision and got down to business and now I'm almost halfway through nursing school. I have a better job now, I got married two days ago.
@mohammedabshaun We actually aren't taking one. We are still working on getting our money situation right and I am in nursing school. When I graduate we may take a cruse or something because that seems to be the most bang for your buck as far as vacationing goes.
I try to better myself by reading eBooks on my kindle. I think that starting an online business is a great idea, but just selling stuff from a wholesaler on eBay is not going to be a great business. As MJ has said "you have to become a producer".
So I try to learn how to set up electronic circuit boards and program microcontroller chips. (Arduino for example) I think by learning this stuff I better my chances to execute my ideas.
Again I read close to 7 books in the last half year-a good start.
You need demcad to fix the date on your camera. Hes an expert in flip top cameras. Or at least thats what his momma tells him everynight before she tucks him in and kisses him goodnight in the basement.

Case in point, I say to a buddy "Get your drums out and we'll set it up tomorrow outside, take pictures and get them sold in a few days through my skills and boom, you'll have $1400 in your pocket to get your business started." I even called him to get his butt out of bed. No answer and that was 3 days ago. Only reason I talk to this dude is certain conveniences.
Thats why most self help books etc are a waste of time. You either have an idea that is brilliant and the skills and knowledge to accomplish it or you don't. No book or video will change that.

It is called "Self help" for a reason. We all need inspiration and motivation to drop the excuses and pick up a purpose. What you do with it, is up to you.

Ive concluded its more productive for me to do nothing then watch a bunch of youtube videos trying to uplift me and tell me I can become wealthy. I need an idea and the knowledge to apply it and if I don't have one its all B.S
@EWOKCAD -- This is true. I studied under the best creative minds. Proven results, creative world leaders. The first thing they said is technical does not matter first for most careers. it's about concept. u lead the techs as a visionary. Strictly concept. Otherwise you are only "angling" (very bad) toward success. With a good idea, you can walk into a room in a tshirt and win over the heads of corp suckers. And they will buy everything you say. To Abdul's credit he is saying concept is key.
Abdul my friend please understand most of us use monikers because we intend to remain anonymous. We've had big mouths and don't want to end up like G4Title telling all, Maury Povich style. Not all bad stuff but just our identities being discovered while being too "honest". Admittedly youtube is like a theatre experience. Really am growing together on here though. I read bloomberg, CNN.com and don't hate the govy. This is one of the ONLY yt channels I follow anymore. That's a compliment to you.
