Actually i think Ingrid is doing an awesome job, and so is Thom... he doesn´t more cause it don´t need more, as simple as that, less is more, what is done is well done! One thing i have to say tho, not about the music but about the tittle of the video ;) "Dougnad" means nothing in english so since you explain the whole thing in english you might wanna change "dougnad" to "benefic concert for Haiti" or something like that...
