  • Funny how the sheriff didn't want a bunch of reporters on a vampire story as that's what he'd be dealing with in "The Night Stalker" with Kolshak.

  • Hey its Cyrano Jones the seller of Tribbles lol

  • no matter what town sheriff butcher moved to, the corpses drained of blood kept following him. "look mr. kolchak, i mean uh, mr norliss. i have no, information about that murder."

  • Claude Akins,

    the ultimate made-for-tv-movie sheriff.

  • I checked IMDb because I thought don Porter was a Star Trek alum. He isn't, but I know him from somewhere. The truck driver, however, is Cyrano Jones.

  • Funny to see Stanley Adams as the truck driver at :50. Besides Trouble with Tribbles he was the notorious human carrot on Lost in Space's most mocked episode.

  • @jlovebirch "the great vegetable rebellion" lol

  • Could that trucker be dellivering a load of Tribbles?

  • Glad Sherif Lobo keeps the heavy firepower unlocked!

  • Nice car

  • I likek this movie but Thiness (who was great in the Invaders) is a bit understated for this role especially dealing with hard boiled Akins--I think that David Selby from Curtis's Dark Shadows show would have been much better in the role. Clint Eastwood would have been great but way out of budget for this film. Maybe in the long awaited sequel? I wonder if Eastwood would be interested.

  • Nice view of Big Sur....

  • The same sheriff that Kolchack dealt with in the original Night Stalker!

  • @kolchack55 yeah my mom used to have the hots for Claude Akins...lol

  • @sheilatx my mother was crazy about Claude Akins too! lol
