Joined the double V forum to which Vinnie has been logging on and writing back, he replied to one of my messages BUT, on the second message I asked him if it was true he sold a fan a guitar he had never played to a fan for more money then it was worth and I got booted off the forum ... Met Vinnie's Vincent's wife at the 2011 NAMM. Doing marketing for his new guitars, she was very gracious and kind. I asked as many questions as I could while I was there since you can't find much on Vinnie these days. He's currently living in Tennesse with his wife and thier dogs. I'm not sure but got the impression he's studio work. Couldn't really tell if that was the message I was getting. Either way...I wish Vinnie nothing but the best and hope to see an album in the future.

Rob Fleischman is a better choice between the two VVI singers. Mark Slaughter has a great vocal range, Love Kills was his best song, but overall he sounds like he's trying to compete with Bon Jovi. It didn't appeal to VV's fanbase. VV tried to pursuade Mark to sound cool like Robert Plant, but it didn't work. All Systems go would sound better w/ Rob.

Vinnie's songwriting is a strength. Hopefully he's planning new material.

Best song on the record. What a great voice Robert has! Unequaled in many ways. Check out the youtube videos by his younger brother Michael. "Bloom" and "Stone Ghosts" Really nice stuff.

I love Vinnies riffs, but his sound always seems to suffer from too many layers, overproduced or something. He would have been bigger if he just simplified the music on his albums a little. Too many electric guitars competing on one track here.

I admit i expected something different from Vinnie's music.

I heard he was a guitar virtuoso of the 80'; and i believed was in classical heavy metal or neoclassical style.

Now i'm a bit disappointed, i've heard this song and"Ecstasy"...

and there is a lot of singing (in a very soft way..) and few guitar!

It's not a critic, but i believed he was a virtuoso. Ok, but for melodic virtuosity I would say DE GARMO, or Vinnie Moore..

Tell me some good vinnie virtuoso song,less singhed, and more played!

Quite frankly one of the greatest melodies I ever heard in my life. Robert Fleischman is such a tremendous singer. If not for the ridiculous solo in the middle, probably would have went top 40 back in 1986. The outro solo by the way is A M A Z I N G, so melodic and beautiful. Overall I love this song!
