Unbelievable what has happened the last 2 seasons. I was there with my 6 yr. old son and I stayed there sitting in the upper deck for 20 mins. after the game ended remembering all the games I was there with my Dad and shed more than a few tears. Although the Mets truely needed a new stadium I still am sad that Shea was knocked down for CitiField. I was even more upset watching the final game and ceremony on Sunday at home. I was there the same game, and I got the same out on video, and the second the final out was made, I began to cry because it was my last game at Shea and all my memories there began to fill in my head. But what a game huh? 2 years in a row for me that the Mets completely destroyed the Marlins on that same Saturday only to die the next day. Lets Go Mets in '09!
