  • esto es una verdadera jalada D: (Y)

  • awsome ._. I want this music box

  • Absolutely beautiful :)

  • すごい。。。~RIGMORE

  • すごおおおい。!!!!!!!!

  • すばらしい意~~~~~~~すごおおおい~~~

    *-*

  • Howd u make it? O.O with the tape? And have sound?

  • the paper remember me a Tape.

  • When I heard the first note I felt light headed O_o

  • I still wanna move to Japan even after the earthquake :D

  • Do want :(

  • where can you buy this type of music box movement?

  • Dude ur going to fast

  • tell me who i have to kill for this, consider it done...

  • because of this i studied elec. engineering.. so i can put an electric motor at the handle and glue the two ends, then i can listen to this tune as long as i want to till death of course

  • @thaihustler I also hope for the automation of the music box. However, there is a point where only times of the hand are good.

Therefore, I want to stick to the hand loincloth.

By the way, the music box of the MIDI interface internal organs is sold. Paper is unnecessary ..this.., and it can be ..tune.. effective through all eternity.

However, the price is one million yen. Too expencive!!

  • @mikannnk i get what you mean, it is a whole other experience (memory) you get by playing it by hand.

i was saying it kinda for fun, thought i'm actually learning EE for hacking nice things, but i guess doing the automated music box is impossible for now..1 M yen..thats like 9000 euro ( " - _-) But it sure sounds great, even on youtube, hope got a chance to hear it live on time.

  • Makes meh sleepy hehe =^-^=

  • se escucharia mucho mejor si fuera un poco mas lenta =P

  • Love it!!!!!!!!

  • i have one of these but man i dont know how to do the music thingy bc i got all the notes from airplane foods but the guys must have done changes to bc i did it exactly by the notes and it didnt come out right it was weird!!!!! so ferr now i have to keep listening to it on here :(

  • 本当に素晴らしい

    ほんの少し早すぎる

    のおかげでアップロードする

  • I love Lilium, but it's too scary for me. If I ever owned a music box, opened it up, and heard this I'd freak out. lol other than that this is awesome.

  • それは本当に良かった!私はそれを楽しんで

  • nyuuu!!OwO <3

  • すべてのコメントのなかで日本語のは、たった2つだけ。日本人が

  • i am selling lilium music box with 1:30 min

je vend des boites a musique lilium avec 1:30 min

  • IT'S LIKE!!!! A GIANT EFFING MIX TAPE!!! ...hahaha lol, o.o I want one

  • i love it :)

    This box

A bit off in the tempo, but still

Glue both ands tpgether and make a fucking huge loop! o3O

  • how much is this box?

  • Perfect, except it was too fast. I wish I could get one of those boxes

  • I'll just make one myself.

  • I'd go to Japan just to buy this :P

    Beautiful!

  • Hey guys, if you search "do it yourself music box" you get linked to Think Geek. It's the same Music Box, just without the big wooden thing around it.

  • @TheInunah its not the same actualy... its far different the one she is using is bigger >.> cost more and has better sound

  • @uokel So? If your only choice is the ThinkGeek version, then why should that matter?

  • @TheInunah its not the only choice for one >.> and its not the same as the music box they have this person using >.> the think geek box dosent have as many octaves and dose not sound the same or as good than theirs one from the uk which is a 1.5 octave one you can buy but the one in the video is different from both and has a nicer and clearer sound

  • aww its fantastic

    so beautiful <3

i loved elfen lied soo much.

and this music box is amazing!

    i want one too ._.

(it even trains ur hand haha =D )

  • This music box is sold in japan only.

  • @mikannnk do u know of a website that sells it? i would gladly pay the shipping and handling i dont even want the box lol i could build it myself i want the mechanism any info would be really nice ^^ if not im gonna search the web lol

  • @uokel If youjust want a mechanism you can go on lilium project. com (minus the spaces) to get one. Its about $30. its only 30seconds though,

  • @singasong222 i know that i already checked it out months ago its not worth it also the 5 wait week is garbage im actually looking for this version of a diy music box they only sell it in japan the ones u can get from the uk or thinkgeekare far worst quality compared to the one form japan which is what im looking for T-T

  • @uokel well garbage is a little cruel, he worked really hard on it. He has to pay for all the supplies to make it somehow...

  • @mikannnk

What's the price range? I really want one but not if it's over 20000yen =.=

  • @mikannnk Its to bad they stopped production of this particular model but i know they make still the 33 s box but get ready to shell out over 450 USD for the smaller 33 chromatic box.

  • @gageoninja I tell you bud things. In addition, it doesn't do the overseas shipment badly.

It is a reason that it is not possible to maintain it.

This type Sales discontinuance. Smoll one sales 37000 yen.

  • @mikannnk just get a cheap one and put a mic

    kikkerlandshop.c%o%m/1200.h*t%*m*%l

  • KAKOI I'VE NEVER SEE ANYTHING LIKE HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • where can i get that?

  • 2:13 - 2:30 is my favorite part of the song...

  • wow! such a masterpiece!

Did u make this your own?

  • where did u get tht :D

  • TOOO FAAST!! STOP IT!!!

  • Could you translate your description in English for me please?

  • @Medria2 The description asks you to listen, tells you that you can download the MIDI (canvas data) for the orgel/music box at his website, and says something about it being unfinished.

  • fast ... too fast ... but pretty ;-)

  • It's alittle fast but still amazing I couldn't do better. <3

  • 減速!

  • i want one YAAAAAAAAAAAAAA XD!!!

  • when i cry with my gf on phone, i sing this song ...

  • Hola como lo haces explicame como consigo ese mecanismo por favor responde

  • oooo 33 notes of custom tunes!!! where can one buy one of these?

  • Awesome. I love this song! T_T

  • Is there any way you would be willing to sell that box? Y'know you'd make a fortune!

    How did you make it?

  • Amazing!!!, lilium in traditional music box WOW

  • awesome!!!!

  • These 33-note chromatic music boxes are produced by Takkoman Harada of Japan. The large model (style L) seen in the video has been discontinued--Now, the identical mechanism is sold in a compact resonator casing (style S). The note range and sound quality is the same. Total cost is around $400 US (software included). I have a video on my channel. Ill post more soon. I am assisting Takkoman with US sales so please ask me any questions.

  • @joeyfala

Hey joey, is there any way to get these as wind-ups like normal music boxes? ie coil spring?

  • hi! no. these card-media type music boxes are made with cranks only. the benefit of crank power is the ability for the player to add rubato (speed up, slow down) to the music. If you want a spring type powered music box, you would be interested in either disk or cylinder boxes. disk-media music boxes allow for custom songs to be made--not so much for cylinder as machinery is required to make the cylinders.

  • @joeyfala

Oh thanks joey! Just a question, what do disk-media music boxes look like? Link? All my google search turns up are record players... lol

And yes, the cylinder music boxes are VERY limited. That's why i love this paper music box. It can be made as long as you have heavy duty 80 lb paper! :)

I'm going to see if I can find a way to take an old wind-up toy/clock/music box and incorporate it into this paper music box. That would be awesome and then tape the ends of the paper to loop

  • thats a good idea...but if you are planning on taping to make a loop, its best you get a disk music box because "loop playing" is what disk boxes do best!

i'll send you a link with a youtube vid.

you can make your own disks by printing on cardstock.

  • are there ones that activate once opened?

  • @matthewbrown101193 I dont think so--the disk ones are typically battery operated I believe...

  • I'd do anything to own this...

    :'[

I can't believe the creators of Elfen Lied don't think about making them - they'd make thousands, if not hundreds of thousands if they made them!

    :/

  • they make, some real music boxes... they were sold in 2006... its was very limited, i think only 1 hundred boxes for sell ^^ unfortnuntly i was not there that time, but i got a friend that own one XD

  • It's cool, but it's not the same as the one in the series (looks)...

  • How much did you spend on this music box set? and where did you find the sheet to Elfen Lied-Lilium? =o

  • The video description says the midi is found on his/her site. (see link in discription) Click "音キャンデータ" and then "Lilium" somewhere down the page to download. :)

The description doesn't say anything about the music box or how he/she got the music, but I assume it's an original arrangement...

Also, the English skills of the average Japanese is not very high, so when the description is in full Japanese, it's safe to assume they don't answer your English mumbo jumbo. xD

  • Simply amazing. I would pay anything for the music box it's not even funny. Anyone find one or have one. NAME YOUR PRICE.

  • I paid $60 for the 2.5 octive one with 10 extra music sheets. It's one the way to my house ^^. The website is: Grand (dash) Illusions (dot) com

  • @StatuesBleedingGreen could you post the link?
