Certainly is ,buy new today for around a fiver,get a twin joystick game controller for the driving(use one joystick for steering,the other for accelerate/brake)and stick to the keyboard to control Tommy.Probally still the best game around.

I really mean to learn something from you 'coz I used to wonder myself whether the idea of this subquest comes from some classical or cultural events/stories that I'm not familiar with. 'googled for a quite a while and couldn't get anything so... played some trick here to see if anyone like you got this knowledge, can't withstand my stupid comment and show me.
