Children in foster hell have their own children stolen at a much higher rate than the general population. Foster children are the goose that laid the golden egg for CPS. Endless supply of children to steal, generation after generation - they keep track, waiting in the wings to steal new babies. Often they just appear in the hospital room, stealing the baby right from mother's arms.
