I have the utmost respect for the PLA, and the people of China. They come from a nation steeped in learning and culture, that surpassed that of the West for over 1000 years. I hope that the US can readjust its thinking, and work with the Chinese for a better, safer world. There are worse people than the PLA that the world should fear, and work to overcome. The PLA command respect true. But the actions they've been ordered to carry out, Tienanmen Square and Tibet, don't. Further with the persecution of Christians, the support of Sudan with regards to Darfur, and the unfortunate that because of Chinese manufacturers caused their American counterparts to cut down if no close down, I can't see the US and China being friends soon.

Actually the chinese militaries has the same amount of capabilities as the American military, except with more opportunities to use them due to China's large military numbers.

ha ha ha you need to do your research before you open your little Chinese loving mouth china only accounts for 8% of global spending on military thats only 4% better than russia the UK makes up i think around 20% and im not sure on the other countries but the United States of America makes up for 48% of the entire global spending on military we have hands down the largest and most advanced military this world has ever seen in terms of capabilities.
