Holy crap, I done the Crossiere twice in vehicles and once on a bike, never seen

it get that close, 1000 Rivers was hairy though.

I bottled out of driving my mates defender on the very first hairy bit, the downhill round the telegraph pole and behind us a whole Greek family in a Landcruiser, wee casually passing each other sandwhiches as they squeezed past it.

The Croisiere Blanche (White Cruise) takes place in France, in the Alps around the Gap/Grenoble area. The snow chains are manufactured by Pewag.
