  • Really nice routine. As she says, you get more out of it if you squeeze the ball. Variation: People with lower back problems (like me) can protect the lower back when lifting the ball, by stepping one foot slightly in front of the other, and/or slight bend in the knees.

  • The ball you should use depends on YOUR height, not hers...

  • The smallest ball is used for ppl up to height 5,7 the medium size = 5,7-6,2 and finally the biggest one is for people higher in height than 6,2
