Awesome mini workout!
Hopefully more people will begin to realize that "more weight" or dumbbells does not equal a better workout...using the correct muscles w/proper form!

The ball you should use depends on YOUR height, not hers...

The smallest ball is used for ppl up to height 5,7 the medium size = 5,7-6,2 and finally the biggest one is for people higher in height than 6,2
