..i just now figured out that you could jump on his head in the begining. i ran out of bullets early so i had to fight that thing with only a knife. then near the end when i was out of everything even healers i finally jumped on his back and killed him

all you have to do to kill this boss is to buy a bozoka, take only one shot and giant is down (although bozoka cost alot )

I have the playstation 2 version of this. I shot the dog and it got loose but I didnt see it on the boss part. I did see zombie wolfs though... Still cant beat the boss fight

u cant shoot the dog to free him

you need to go over to him and there will be a command to free him

in the beggining of the game once you kill the people in the house you go on the path and you will hear like whining and it will be the dog and you have to save it from a bear trap but when i did it the dog didnt even do any thing to el giante it just ran away from it

Try getting near the dog and use the help command instead. After you take out some of the Giant's life then the dog will come to help

the technique is you gotta know what to save before facing him if you're an amateur like saving 3 to 5 grenades, but if you're a pro you can kill that giant with a knife weather its normal or pro
