The first idea for the angle was cool, DDP comes in a pretends to stalk Taker's wife to get him riled up and unfocused and DDP ends up making a name for himself, but they ended it way too son and when they made the stalker part "real" and lost this part of his motivation it became a lame run-of-the-mill angle....
AB Taker was awesome, wish it laster longer than 3 years. DDP being a stalker, it was alright...I mean hell they could have put him in a fued with Regal but instead they put him with Taker. Would have liked to see him against the Rock more, but honestly this wasnt bad. And his fued with Christian leading into Mania 18 was pretty fun to watch.
The whole jumping on the ropes thing I could have gone without, just stand in the middle of the ring and enjoy the moment

Top guys like Sting, Goldberg, Hogan, etc. still had big money contracts that were guaranteed but WWE didn't have to pay them they were paid by AOL-TW. If they wanted to come to WWE, WWE would buy out their contracts for roughly half the price.

this is honestly one the biggest pops i've heard for a debut, the wwf fucked up his persona so badly. if he was a wwf wrestler returning from injury or whatever he would have got a title run but because he was from wcw he got stuck with shit personas in the wwf, pure waste of talent and charisma..
