If you haven't already, give Creed's Green Irish Tweed a try. Then compare with Grey Flannel. They're related. Part of the reason I love Grey Flannel.
Eau de Grey Flannel I'm not as enamored with. Kind of a common clean smell, but I understand its appeal.
@Scents2sense well..i was lazy and didn't feel like it again...but it was a bad idea to wash my arm in the morning cuz once i thought it was off..OH MAN! that scent came right back as if i reapplied it back on..HAHA..so i had to mask it with another scent..thank god halle berry's perfume reveal covered it..lol
@jeanarick thanks!..i am usually on another channel so this is going to be interesting. i haven't explored on my own before so i am excited. i just love make up so this is such a great opportunity..
@tqhb123 i know!...but it is true..once you get pass the blast of the greenliness (?) of it..lol then it actually isn't to bad..but i can't believe how long it stayed on! i thought i was gunna develop a rash and possibly grow some kind of green fungus...i dunno..i was scratchin my arm like i had my first mosquito bite..lol but if you want longevity and great projection and don't mind the oakmoss..this is for you FOR SURE! lol
@197224dfb well to be honest..after the dry down with grey flannel it is actually not that bad..i will say that it does last a long time. i still have it on after 12 hrs of wear, but the first initial spray is something else but it gets better later..thanks for your comment! i will still love eau de grey flannel :)
Hi Amanda, I will admit there is a little too much oakmoss in grey flannel. The oakmoss is what gives it a bitter smell. The perfumer of Grey Flannel, Geoffrey Beene wanted to create a clean smelling cologne which was different from most other fragrances in 1976 which used Civet. I think for the most part Geoffrey Beene succeded in what he tried to create as it is the dry down which is a clean smell but most people can't get past the blast of oakmoss in the opening spray.

THE ORIGINAL GREY FLANNEL INTRODUCED IN 1976 IS MUCH BETTER THAN EAU DE GREY FLANNEL!!
