Erik Rogers needs to go back to the way he sang when he was in stereomud. I m not feeling his whole pop sound voice.

My brother is the producer for this band Soundevice.. Erik is a unbelievable singer man. Not much different really just not as heavy..

yeah, Erik is a great singer. If anything I think its more of the guitarist that needs to step it up. You can have the best singer in the world but without a solid song your only as good as the weakest link, which in my opinion is the guitarist. Frank rocks the drums(although i like the sound of his old set and not these DW's) and Bobby is ok on bass.

I agree.. The guitarist makes it sound kinda weak don't it?? I mean when he was with Stereomud and Soundevice for that matter it was a lot better.. But in the end he is a unbelievable singer.. Who is on the guitar anyways?

yeah, the guitarist is Billy Grey who atually was in Soundevice with Erik. I have not heard Soundevice but will check them out but I am skeptical cuz this guy is just not cutting the mustard. Again, technically, he has skills, in fact he does solos n stuff during songs but that stuff isn't coducive to writing structurally sound rock songs. I mean, he's not bad but certainly not memorable, and i think the whole band suffers, again with the "weakest link in the chain" theory.

Oh ok. Hell I had no idea it was the same guitarist cause he don't sound that great here.. Yea Soundevice is pretty good.. Not Stereomud by any means though. And the drummer is Nickelbacks' ex drummer. It may be the same drummer as here I'm not sure.. I don't know many drummers.. Except for like Joey Jordison and Tommy Lee of course. But yea Erik is a awesome singer.. I wish Stereomud with reunite..
