okay... i totally didn't get that he hit the kid, till i read what you wrote.... and no MAJOR offence, but did you use BARBEQUE sauce for the blood?
you know, as a hopeful in the film business i have found a lot of fake blood recepies... it's probably CHEAPER than a bottle of BBQ sauce... if you WANT one.....
if not, no problem, i guess... but seriously.... the backwards music... not NESSASARILy the best choice.....
Thanks for your comments and critiques. We shot this video very quickly...all of it was improvised. As the director of this film, I'm fully aware of its imperfections. Much of it is embarrassing to watch. Our goal, however, was to be creative and spontaneous... to see if we could create something--anything--in just a few days (all for the D2D contest). We learned how to operate cameras, edit, etc. We also learned if you lose your batch of fake blood, you have to improvise--thus BBQ sauce.
That was just weird....

This was a very well done movie.
I love how there was no dialogue.
Yet, I still giggle at the fact a grown man is scared of a child.
Serves him right.

In my opinion this film should make you very proud.
I "got it" from the beginning and enjoyed the lack of dialogue...I really liked this and found it different from the same old same old.
Thanks for posting this.
