You can get DecalGirl skins here ( w w w. d e c a l g i r l. c o m) As for being able to customized I believe DG doesn't have that option, I think. I do know Gelaskins does have that option, but over all they are a bit more expensive. Hope that helps.

@Rainbowneko13 you can get a custom skin from decal girl too, you just have to email them for details.
