A metal pan would probably work but it would need a fairly tight fitting lid to keep the moisture in while it's baking. A tin foil cover would not do the trick..
I believe that's a 4-cup container, It doesn't really matter what size you use as long as it's got room enough for the dough to at least double when it rises and you can use plastic, glass or metal.
can i use a metal pot to bake the bread?i dont have a glass/ceramic one :( also is it necessary to keep the lid on while baking?

What size is the mixing container that you already have the flour in? Does it matter that it is plastic vs glass?

im going to try it now tomorrow ill go to walmart and get the ingredients like the kewl pan
also only thing scares me is im going to use a regular oven so the browning part might throw me off

That's an Anchor Hocking pan which I found at Walmart for about $7. Also great for small meatloafs.
