@DXZGXZ It's a pretty simple concept, if you take an IQ test and your results are low around 80 or 90 then you are below average and not very smart because you obviously can't figure out how to solve the problems. If they are high like 120+ then you are above average and pretty damn smart. While not everyone has the same learning capacity your IQ has little relation to it. When your 10 you can take it and you will probably receive less than 90 but 6 years later you could be around 115.
