  • Fckin great. Was a big Slade fan in the 70's but somehow missed this one first time around. Mr. Hill was mental. Big nostalgia trip.

  • what a GREAT Time

  • the first band i got into as a teenager,,,,i blame them for my love of metal and anything loud!

  • @222caribou > You got that right . When Slade entered into my life I realized life was at last something more than homework and television. I never could quite understand how others could claim to luv Slade as kids and end up listening to pap like Disco, and soul. I chased volume wherever i could find it. heh heh. From AC to ZZ. KEEP CRAZEE forever my man.

  • Slade were a great rock band who stuck a bit of glitter on and got caught up in the glam scene. Had a laugh, had a few beers and pulled a few birds! Nirvana!!!!

  • Those were the days !!!!!!!!!

  • dave hill's giving his dancer a good workout.

  • as the great john peel once said..'you can't beat that with a fuckin' stick'...rock n roll

  • one of the best slade songs ever,,but really there were so many, surely a sign of greatness,

  • Is this not brilliant? Everyone in this clip is having a fantastic time and the song is fantastic. This is my favourite clip of Slade. Great times.

  • dave hill's making that girl work hard

  • Quality music from a band, who did'nt take themselves too seriously, but who also were very musically adept. Just check out the wide range of musical styles in the Slade catalogue, such as 'kill em at the hot club' and 'how does it feel' amongst many. Appeared to be thoroughly enjoying themselves in the above clip, and why would'nt they, especially Dave Hill trying to give 'his' dancer the runaround. Simply would get this sort of thing now, mores the pity really.

  • This has literally everything that's currently missing from 99% of rock music today: FUN and CATCHINESS. I asked this on another Slade post but its relevant here too: when was the last time you saw a band smile as much as Slade does in this video? Outstanding. Music never got any better than this.

  • My favorite Slade song ever. So Far So Good is a distant second.

  • my 1st Slade single, I never looked back.

  • I want to say somethink but can't

  • 1972. Wow what an animal beat and those vocals from old leather tonsils Noddy. Good one.
